My husband surprised me with a box of Luxemburgerli today. It's a treat from Sprüngli, similar to the French's macaron. Airy pieces of meringue, which melt in the mouth, sandwich a slab of cream filling flavoured with lemon, vanilla, mocha, chocolate, etc.
I like luxemburgerli because it's bite-sized and not too sweet. My favourite is lemon: it is particularly good, tangy, and fragrant.
